General

• Certificate numbers are published on your public profile.
• Any profile visitor can verify your certification through this profile.
• A unique certificate number is linked to each main and sub-scope.
• Certificate numbers are also published on your personal dashboard.
• Your personal dashboard is not visible to website visitors.

Finding your certificate detail and number

1. Log in at your personal dashboard
2. Open the dashboard
3. Click on the menu on the left hand with the lable certificates
4. Click on the button ‘view’
5. You will now see an oversight of your certificates
6. Each certificate has an unique number

Public register

• Your certification details are published in your public profile(s) on our websites.
• These public profiles are the only source for checking the current status of your certification. 
• Upon request, we inform interested persons or organizations, third parties, and other stakeholders about the current status of your certification. 
• It is compulsory to maintain your profiles and to make sure only accurate/correct information is published and to mention your certification details, including the applicable code of conduct (PD.002) and scope-, process- & procedure requirements (PD.003), in your general terms & conditions, your service-agreements, and communication with clients. See the example below:

• (name practitioner) is registered and certified with (name register) against the main- and sub scope(s) (complete here your scopes).
• The following (name register) reference documents apply to all our services::
  1. PD.002 Code of conduct
  2. PD.003 Scope-, process- and procedure requirements
  3. PD.007 Rules for complaints against or among certificate holders

• The here before mentioned documents will be email-forwarded at 1st request and are published at our public website (web address register) 

Titles & logos

• For each main scope, a certification title is available. 
• It is internationally common to place the title behind your name. 
• Each register has a logo. 
• Some scopes have a dedicated logo. Check with the applicable register.
• Logos are published in your dashboard, where you can download for your convenience. 
• You are requested to use all logos and titles actively. 
• Any use of the logos and titles that conflicts with any guideline or rule that applies to you, is ground for revoking or suspending your certificate(s).
