PF.050 SCOPE-PROCES-PROCEDURE AUDIT

The audit is a remote-document audit. 

 

The audit is conducted against the reference documents:

  • EMCI.PD.001 Certification Scheme
  • EMCI.PD.002 Rules of conduct
  • EMCI.PD.003 Scope-process-procedure requirements
  • GNG.PD.010 Regulations audits not under accreditation or appointment
  • GNG.PD.022 Requirements audit documents
  • Other at the discretion of Global Network Group

 

The auditee shall provide a summary of 75 client assignments. The summary consists of client names, client numbers, or file numbers, or a combination thereof. The auditee attaches a statement from a bookkeeper, accountant, office manager, management, owner showing that the summary was prepared truthfully. Global Network Group selects two client engagements and informs the auditee.

 

Global Network Group requests that the auditee provides:

- Two client files

- CV including summary of scope relevant experience and qualifications (trainings, registrations, certifications, recognitions, memberships)

- Other documents at the discretion of Global Network Group

 

Submission is via WETRANSFER or online access.

 

A client file contains at least:

- Proof of assignment confirmation and completion.

- Copy applied terms and conditions and work procedure(s) as specified in the order confirmation

- Copy invoices and the invoice basis (such as price list, time records)

- Notes, correspondence (copy letters, email, text message, whatsapp etc), reports, minutes

- Other documents at the discretion of Global Network Group

 

Client files may be anonymized. 

 

In case the auditee does not have digitized files, or does not provide the files digitized, or if the remote audit is not possible or not sufficient, a location audit will follow. The office audit is subject to additional costs.

 

If an audit result cannot be determined based on two files, Global Network Group may request additional file delivery.

 

The auditee will be given the opportunity to resolve findings. Additional costs may be associated with the review of findings.

 

No specific timeline. Global Network Group, in consultation with the auditee, strives to complete the audit within a reasonable time frame.
